The most flexible tool you can find for cutting custom stencils! Lightweight handle has swivel head for cutting curves and scrolls. Head locks to cut parallel lines from fine to 5/8" wide. Two tempered steel blades encased in adjustable spring platform. Just loosen handle and pivot on one blade for small circle cutting. Blades included.
