Sparkle Borders

Border Strips: Hearts, Stars, Circles & Shamrocks

Finish any project with 3/4" x 7" border strips of hearts, stars, circles, shamrocks and sparkles. They wrap neatly around the rim or base of a tumbler, mug or vase. You can also spiral them for a candy-cane effect, and they work as trim alongside any other Over 'N' Over design.
